Treatments on Mondays & Fridays in Clifton, Bristol and Wednesdays in Bath

Steph adopts an integrated approach to healing, with a BSc qualification from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine. She practices Classical Acupuncture with a blend of TCM, Master Tung and Five Element Acupuncture and a range of manual therapies, including channel palpation, cupping, Gua Sha, moxibustion, and electro-acupuncture.
In addition to her degree, Steph is trained in Auricular Acupuncture and Scalp Acupuncture under the guidance of John Tindall. This training has fuelled her interest in the body’s nervous system and neurological conditions. She is passionate about specialising in the connection between the brain and the body, and she is actively pursuing further education in this field.
Steph particularly enjoys working with children and adolescents, helping them navigate the emotional and physical changes during life’s transitions while fostering their sense of self. She is also highly skilled in treating musculoskeletal conditions, with an interest in how fascia influences the body.
Dedicated to providing personalised care, continual learning, and adapting her approach to each patient’s unique needs, Steph aims to bring balance and joy to her clients’ lives. Her journey into acupuncture has been a way to reconnect with her family and Chinese heritage.
She is currently undertaking The Daoist Acupuncture Apprenticeship, focusing on Classical Chinese Medicine and cultivation, with Philip Weeks – a tutor she previously trained with for Master Tung techniques.
Steph is currently available for treatments in Bristol all day Monday & Friday mornings and in Bath on Wednesdays.
